About Me
I have worked extensively with individuals by helping them manage and overcome life’s stressors so they can live happier and more meaningful lives. I focus on assisting others in gaining greater clarity and balance, expanding their emotional experiences, and making new and more productive choices. I’m dedicated to supporting individuals who are struggling with stress and anxiety, overcoming obstacles in relationships, and seeking to free themselves from current life patterns.
Throughout my many years as an LMHC, I have had a great deal of experience working with individuals who are looking to find success in all aspects of their lives including education, career, family, and personal fulfillment.
I am open-minded, non-judgmental, compassionate, and kind, and I believe that everyone deserves to be happy.

My Approach
“The meaning of life is to give life meaning.”

I use a collaborative approach when working with clients of all ages. We will work together to explore, understand, and transform behaviors, thoughts, and patterns that may be holding you back from ultimately living the life you want to live. My style is warm, empathetic, non-judgmental, engaging, and culturally sensitive.
At CWC, I offer individual counseling that is customized by using a Client-Centered Approach where you are the number one priority. I believe that the therapeutic relationship needs to be built, in order for you to feel that the environment created is both trusting and safe. I also believe in the importance of working from a Strengths Perspective, where I will focus on the components that are already in place and working for you. I often utilize a Psychodynamic Approach to explore where the issues that are holding you back have come from, so you’ll be better able to make sense of what’s currently happening and what it will take for you to move forward. Since no one approach works best for all people, you and I will work together to create an individualized plan that’s best for you.
I am currently conducting all counseling session virtually through a HIPAA Compliant Platform. Typically, sessions are scheduled once per week, as this seems to be the ideal amount of time to integrate change into daily life without losing momentum in therapy. However, frequency of session can be adjusted based on your needs, preference or availability.
